Where do I park?

  There is a free public parking lot directly behind the theater, another free public parking lot just North of the theater on the East side of the street, as well as free street parking.

Where are my tickets?

  Sometimes our ticket emails get sent to your spam, if you don’t see your tickets, email us at info@lyrictheater.com and we can resend them.  You can also give us your name at check-in.

How can I preorder Beggar's Pizza?

  Please visit https://order.toasttab.com/online/the-lyric-theater-12952-western-avenue to place your order.

​What time do the doors open?

  Doors open 1 hour prior to the start of the show for all live events.

​Do you serve food?

  Our concession stand has popcorn, slices of Beggar's Pizza, candy, and soda.  You can preorder Beggar's pizza items by visiting our preorder link.

​Do you have a bar?

  We have a full bar with classic and specialty cocktails as well as local and craft beers.  For all live show events we have servers who will come to your table.

​Do you host private events and weddings?

  Yes!  Please reach out to our private event coordinator, Scott Arnold, at Scott@lyrictheater.com

​Are you handicap accessible?

  Yes!  Our theater is handicap accessible, with the exception of our private suites.

​How do I get information on a private suite? 

  Please email info@lyrictheater.com for private suite rental information.  Prices vary by performance.

​How is your seating set up?

  Our theater has 3 levels.  There is a main floor directly in front of the stage with standard tables of 6, 8, or 10 guests.  Our 2nd level has booth and table seating for 4 to 9 guests. Our lounge level is closest to the bar and has various booths, chairs, and high top tables for 2 to 9 guests.

Do you sell gift cards?

  Yes!  Please visit the theater to purchase a gift card, or call 708-972-0700 to purchase an E-gift card!

Event Policies

  • Food and drink items from outside The Lyric concession stand are prohibited.

  • All cell phones must be turned off when the movie is in progress.

  • Guest must refrain from talking or communicating (phone) during a movie in a manner that disrupts others.

  • Backpacks and large bags are not allowed in the theater.

  • Weapons are not allowed in the theater.

  • We ask guests if they must chew gum in the theater, please discard it in the proper waste cans in the facility.

  • No person 15 years old or younger will be admitted unless they are accompanied by a parent or adult guardian who agrees to be responsible for the conduct and safety of the underage guest.

  • Guests must be at least 17 with a valid ID to see an R-rated film without a parent or guardian. No child under 8 years old will be admitted to any R-rated film.

  • The Lyric is committed to maintaining a safe, comfortable and enjoyable entertainment experience. We ask all guests to respect each other.

  • Guests cannot wear hoodies with the hood up in the theater.

  • Smoking cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes or any other substance in the theater is prohibited.

  • Guests sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when asked.

  • Guests must refrain from placing their shoes or feet on any seating surface in the theater.

  • Recording the movie presentation by any means of electronics is prohibited.

  • Parents/Adult guardians must ensure their children’s behavior is not disruptive to others in the theater.

  • Lyric employees will respect all guests and treat them in a professional manner.
