Immersive Yoga Flow- Sat. May 13

Prepare to relax and unwind one breath at a time during this 75-minute, all-levels, yoga class.  Located inside the Lyric Theater, each flow will be choreographed in harmony with music, sound, light, and moving image to creat a multi-sensory moving meditation.  This class is designed to challenge the body and inspire the mind, while allowing you to check in with your thoughts and leave feeling your best.  Alex Lehman is an experienced yoga instructor who will guide you through a safe and effective flow, whether you're a beginner or advanced yogi.  Follwing the class, nourish yourself with a power pack thoughtfully curated with local ingredients and fresh eats.
