Frequently Asked Questions
Our theater has 3 levels. There is a main floor directly in front of the stage with standard tables of 6, 8, or 10 guests. Our 2nd level has booth and table seating for 4 to 9 guests. Our lounge level is closest to the bar and has various booths, chairs, and high top tables for 2 to 9 guests.
Yes! Our theater is handicap accessible, with the exception of our private suites.

Policies
Guests are expected to respect each other and staff at all timesNo talking or disruptive behavior during performancesRecording of movie presentations is prohibitedHoodies may not be worn with the hood up in the theaterFor movies: cell phones must be turned off during the film, and talking or phone use that disrupts others is not allowed
Weapons are not permittedBackpacks and large bags are not allowedSmoking, including cigarettes, cigars, and e-cigarettes, is prohibitedOutside food and drinks are not permitted
Guests must sit in their ticketed seats and show tickets when askedFeet and shoes may not be placed on seating surfaces
For live events: guests 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardianFor movies: guests 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian; guests must be 17+ with valid ID to see an R-rated film without a parent, and no child under 8 is admitted to R-rated films
No refunds 24 hours after ticket purchaseThe Lyric reserves the right to cancel a movie showing if fewer than 30 tickets are sold 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, with a full refund provided
